Lee University Summer Commencement Set for This Weekend

Cleveland, TN—Lee University is set to host family and friends of over 200 seniors who will receive graduate and undergraduate degrees from the university, August 1 at 10:30 a.m. in Conn Center.

Athanasius School of Ministry Celebrates Successes

In January 2002, Senior Pastor Acklan Quarrie began training lay leaders in the Bronxwood International Church of God and other neighboring churches in the greater New York City area by using the School of Ministry courses. He named the new school Athanasius School of Ministry. By the end of that first semester, 23 students had completed the first two courses.

Former General Overseer Raymond Crowley Passes Away

July 22, 2015–Dr. Raymond E. Crowley, former general overseer for the Church of God, passed away at his home in Virginia last night. He was 92 and the oldest surviving former general overseer in the denomination.

Lee University Summer Honors Program Completes 30th Year

Lee University’s Summer Honors residential program recently concluded another successful two-week term, exposing high-achieving students to numerous aspects of college life at Lee.
