NBC “Closed the Club” today as a result of dismal ratings and viewer outrage, cancelling a series that glorified the sexual exploitation of women and the Playboy philosophy that women are to be used, abused and then discarded.
The Population Research Institute (PRI) just released the fifth episode of their highly popular YouTube cartoon series — just in time for the world’s population to reach 7 billion people. The series, which has to date garnered over 800,000 views, is designed to humorously refute the idea of overpopulation with stick figure animation.
Many people struggle to believe God loves them because of a dysfunctional mom or dad.
“The world is in trouble. Everyone, especially young persons, should learn about our roots in gospel music to change the self-image of the community,” says Dr. Margaret Pleasant Douroux, founder of the Heritage Music Foundation.
It’s been 21 months since a catastrophic 7.1 earthquake devastated the already impoverished nation of Haiti. Since the earthquake, millions of dollars in aid seem to have done little to rebuild, or even clear the debris left from that horrific event. However, one private charity is forging ahead with its own recovery plans and has recently completed construction on a vibrant and bustling new village.
