The conference coincided with the World Missions Board quarterly meeting, and provided added impetus to the occasion. World Missions Director Dr. Tim Hill delivered a powerful speech at its opening session.
As born-again Christians, we have an inherited “birthright” through Jesus Christ as the firstborn Son of God. This inheritance gives us a benefit package that is out of this world! Psalm 103:2-5 tells us what the benefits are: “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”
