General Assembly Registration Special Offer
Through the month of May, every 50th delegate to register for the Church of God General Assembly will receive complimentary registration.
Official registration for the 74th International General Assembly (GA2012) began on January 9, with a steady flow of registrants coming in to the International Offices. Although registration will be available on-site at the Orange County Convention Center, preregistration rates are available only until June 18. Everyone who is preregistered by June 18 will receive their badges and other material in the mail prior to GA2012 (U.S. only; international delegates will receive credentials on site).
To encourage preregistration, a special offer of complimentary registration will be given to every 50th delegate. Recipients of the offer will be notified after paid registration is received with a credit to their account.
Officials with GA2012 have urged delegates to complete both registration for the July 24-27 event and housing simultaneously. Both can be accomplished online, via fax and through postal mail.
As for GA2012 housing, “Reservations at the official general assembly hotels have reached our contractual block,” stated Kevin Brooks, coordinator of general assembly housing. “What that means is there are still rooms available, but the guarantee of the certain number they allotted to us for GA2012 has now been reached and could fill up at anytime.” Brooks stated that the official hotels which are connected to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando are the Peabody and Hilton. Both are offering special discounted rates for GA2012.
