The New Vision Church of God in Homerville, Georgia pastored by Bishop Jerry Baldree just finished the 21-day Daniel fast….They celebrated by bringing their Daniel fast menu items to church and sharing them. The dinner was a literal feast of soup stews, vegetables, fruit and desserts made of raisins, peanut butter and oats.
After three weeks of fasting and prayer the church was ready for revival. Bishop Glen and Susie Anniskette felt the revival spirit when they arrived on the church property. Attendance was over 200 each night and miracles took place.
One young married woman came to the altar with her husband. She explained that she had been suffering from depression for 15 years! She couldn’t eat and she couldn’t sleep. She simply asked Bishop Anniskette to pray for her and he did. The prayer was simple and to the point and God answered her prayer immediately. Susie Anniskette was playing the piano as they prayed and could see the face of the young woman. She explained that it was as if a veil of darkness had been lifted from her face. Hallelujah! The young woman came to revival every night and the ladies prayer meeting and testified that she was able to sleep at nights and eat normally!
During this same revival two young men were delivered from drug addiction.
Bishop Anniskette said it was like “old time revivals,” where God had His divine way and souls were delivered, blessed, healed and transformed by the mighty power of God.
