Christianity Today Conducts National Church Compensation Survey
Christianity Today International is conducting a national survey on church staff compensation now until March 15, 2015. Survey findings will appear in the 2016-2017 Compensation Handbook for Church Staff.
Pastors, church business administrators, worship leaders, children’s ministers, and all other persons employed by the church are urged to take this brief survey. Survey questions are related to individual positions as well as church demographics including questions on attendance, region, and denomination. Survey participants will receive a $15 credit towards dozens of downloadable resources at ChurchLawAndTaxStore.com redeemable upon completion of the survey.
The Compensation Handbook for Church Staff continues to provide church staff with a statistical framework for evaluating their present compensation packages, and establishes an objective standard for evaluating staff raises and changes in benefits.
