New Marketing Agency Launched to Serve Faith-Based Entertainment Marketplace
Bob Elder and Brian Lange announce the establishment of Collide Media Group, a marketing agency specializing in brand development, campaign management and strategic partnerships. Elder and Lange most recently served as president and director, respectively, of the Nashville-based agency Propeller. Elder served at Propeller for the last decade where he and Lange brought their experience in music, film and strategic partnerships to bear.
Elder’s extensive background began at Family Christian Stores where he served for ten years before moving to Word Entertainment and then the award-winning studio Big Idea Productions. These experiences uniquely prepared him to launch an agency in 2003 which he ultimately sold to Propeller in 2006 when he joined the agency. Now, ten years later, Elder is refocusing his team to serve the faith-based marketplace through Collide Media Group, connecting content and consumers for ultimate impact.
Over the years, Collide team members have helmed major brand development campaigns for clients such as Thomas Nelson Bibles, Moody Publishing and The Five Love Languages and faith financial icon Ron Blue. They have run and contributed to major theatrical campaigns for over 30 films including The Chronicles of Narnia “The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe” in 2005, “Courageous” and “Soul Surfer” in 2011 and Paramount’s “Captive” in 2015. Strategic partnerships have been formed and developed for clients including the recent box office hit “God’s Not Dead” and currently with Phil Vischer’s “JellyTelly” media platform for families.
With decades of experience in faith-based entertainment, Collide Media Group is passionate in its newly stated mission: “Elevating media that inspires a deeper relationship with Christ.”
Elder notes the very definition of the word “collide” describes the philosophy and drive of the agency.
