Pathway Credit Union Offers Expanded Services
Cleveland, TN–Pathway Credit Union has introduced several new programs and offerings, according to CEO Mark Rice.
Pathway Credit Union was established in 1967 as an independent financial institution to meet the growing needs of the Church of God entities. Each member of the credit union is part owner of the organization. Membership in Pathway Credit Union is available to employees and their families of the following entities: Church of God ministers, Church of God International Offices, Church of God of Prophecy International Offices, Lee University staff and administration, Smoky Mountain Children’s Home, Pentecostal Theological Seminary, Pathway Press, and State/Regional Offices of Church of God. In addition, local church paid employees as well as Tennessee and North Georgia Church of God members are eligible for membership.
A recently redesigned website is now more interactive. On the site, members can apply for a loan, establish new checking or savings accounts, or become a member via a secure email.
“We now offer, GAP insurance, Credit Life and disability insurance, mechanical break down protection and discounted CarFax reports,” Rice stated. “Our free Online Banking now offers bill pay, e-bill, person-to-person cash transfers, and account-to-account transfers. You can also , apply for a loan, debit and credit cards, and take advantage of Courtesy Pay. Members can also transfer money to other PCU members.”
Rice stated Pathway Credit Union offers a new $2,500 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance plan for all active members at no cost from American Income Life and a free $1,000 policy from CUNA Mutual Group.
PCU also offers an iPhone and Android app located in the Apple Store or Google Play store.
