Missing Evangels Being Sought for DVD
The Dixon Pentecostal Research Center is attempting to compile a set of Church of God Evangels and has been unable to acquire copies of some issues. The Evangel publication turned 100 years old this year. The Research Center is producing a digital set of Evangels on DVD-Rom, and wants that set to be as complete as possible. The years 1910 through 1950 will be available at the International General Assembly in July and anyone who can locate one of more of these missing issues will be given a copy of the DVD-Rom.
According to Dr. David Roebuck, church historian and director of the Pentecostal Research Center, “We are hopeful that someone has these Evangels in a closet or basement and will help us to complete the collection.
