Enliven Conference Scheduled for July 27-30, 2011

Church of God Men’s and Women’s Discipleship have partnered together to launch an Inductive Bible Study initiative designed to get the constituents of the Church of God involved in direct, inductive Bible study as a regular part of their lives.

Enliven Inductive Bible Study Conference will provide a unique opportunity to learn a direct, personal, inductive approach to Bible Study. Students will learn how to study the Bible for themselves and how to lead others in Bible Study. Delegates will study the Gospel of Mark, principles of effective small groups, and how to ask good questions. The conference is designed for Sunday school teachers, small group leaders, and serious students of God’s Word.

Every person attending this conference will receive a certificate of completion and one hour credit toward the Pentecostal Theological Seminary’s Leadership Enrichment and Development (LEAD) program at no additional cost. PTS offers a 12 to 24-hour, six to twelve course certificate for laity. The program is tailor-made for the needs and interests of individuals and congregations. The PTS Certificate In Lay Ministry is awarded at the seminary’s commencement. To register go to: womensministries.cc or call 888.766.9009.

Pentecostal Theological students may take the course for seminary credit. Students will be provided a syllabus listing the requirements. The syllabus can be accessed online at ptseminary.edu. (There is an additional cost for seminary credit toward a graduate degree).

The conference is designed to enable participants to:
