TULSA, Okla. — Oral Roberts University successfully broke the Guinness World Record for the number of people popping bubble wrap simultaneously. The university surpassed the current world record on January 26, 2015, when they hosted the “Pop ‘Til You Drop Bubble Wrap Challenge” in honor of National Bubble Wrap Appreciation Day.

Chattanooga, TN–Tennessee Temple University is moving — not across town to Woodland Park Baptist Church, as planned a year ago, but 300 miles away, to merge with Piedmont International University, a private Christian college in Winston-Salem, N.C.
On a Thursday in late January, the second annual Movement Day Greater Dallas (MDGD) was held, attracting more than 2,000 leaders and recording the highest attendance of any Movement Day gathering to date. TULSA, Okla. – On November 9, 2014, three Oral Roberts University alumni were killed in a tragic plane crash in Grand Bahama, Bahamas. Dr. Myles and Ruth Munroe and Dr. Richard Pinder along with six others were on their way to a ministry conference. ORU will be honoring their memory through induction onto the Wall of Sacrifice as a part of Wednesday’s chapel service.
