On Sunday evening, November 19, 2017, Margaret Gaines went to sleep in her home in Pell City, Alabama, and awoke in her heavenly home. The veteran missionary had a deep devotion to Christ, a love for the Arabs, and a passionate desire to serve God and to please Him regardless of the cost.
Church of God minister Bill White was recently honored for 56 years of ministry service. The following is a tribute letter from the Commissioner’s Office of the Alaska Department of Corrections:
“Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, and I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation” (Ps. 91:14-16).
