Sanchez is known nationally and internationally as a singer, notable song writer, conference speaker, and one of the nation’s most preeminent worship leaders. Having authored or co-authored such songs as Moving Forward, I Call Your Name, Power of One, Power of the Cross, and others, Sanchez has received chart topping radio play, while his songs are sung in churches across the globe. Currently as a publishing artist with Integrity Music, Sanchez has toured or partnered with many other Grammy, Stellar, and Dove award winning artists such as Salvador, Israel Houghton, Hezekiah Walker, Rebecca St. James, Darlene Zschech, New Song, Mac Powell, and many others.

“Ricardo has been one of my closest friends for nearly fifteen years,” said Israel Houghton, lead singer for New Breed and recording artist who performed at the 2010 general assembly. “His ability to communicate relevantly to young and old through great musical skills and transparent cross-cultural worship makes him such a refreshing gift to the church community. I’m glad to call him a friend and a colleague.”

Sanchez gained recognition when he served as the worship leader to Pastor Jentezen Franklin for 4+ years prior to launching out full-time with the mission to help churches around the world under the vision of Windows 2 Worship. As a frequent guest at his home church, Free Chapel, Sanchez stays connected and grounded to the local body. Sanchez recently launched Ricardo Ministries as the practical outlet to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the lost, hurting, and those without hope.

Sanchez will be the keynote musical guest along with several other groups and ministry teams during the three nights of worship at GA2012. The general assembly begins on Tuesday, July 24, with an opening night service on Wednesday, July 25. Keynote speakers for the evening services will be Ravi Zacahrias, Ishmael Charles and the newly-elected general overseer.
