“We are very enthusiastic about our results,” said Mick Williams, TCTI’s editor and a co-founder of Faithful Servant LLC. He adds: “While it is important to remember that past performance cannot guarantee future results, you can trust Faithful Servant’s model portfolios to remain true to our marketing slogan to help you ‘Care about what your investment does, not just what it earns!'”
Faithful Servant’s co-founder Richard Williams noted “The Christian Value Investor family of newsletters is no newcomer to success and Mick can be justifiably proud of the exceptionally strong 2014 finish. The flagship’s sister publication The Christian Utility Investor achieved the number one ranking for all of 2011 in its first year of publication and finished 2014 in 7th place with an annual gain of 29.1%. The Christian Value Investor ranked 16th with a return on investment of 17.7% for the year. Having all three newsletters in the top 10% of a field populated by major publications of the financial world highlights our goal of publishing model stock portfolios a Christian can embrace, without having to abandon a profitability goal.”
According to Mick Williams, his three newsletters grew out of his 2008 MBA Thesis and the capstone project of an entrepreneurship class. He became convinced of the potential of his project’s business model for a distinctively Christian investment newsletter embracing Value Investing principles first taught by Benjamin Graham, and co-founded Faithful Servant LLC with his father, Richard Williams, a retired Air Force officer.
