Book Addresses Challenging Process of Transition Addressed by Miami Pastor
Watchman Publishing released “The Process of Transition: Reforming the Heart for Growth” — a must read, thought-provoking book on the painful, but purposeful process of transition. This book is available now in the U.S. and internationally in paperback (ISBN: 978-1-7325134-4-0) and eBook editions.
Watchman Publishing released a new Christian book titled, “The Process of Transition: Reforming the Heart for Growth,” written by Pastor Tavares Robinson. Transition — a term that has evolved into a popular buzzword in our day — has been greatly misunderstood. Some equate transition with change, but the two words do not have the same meaning.
Pastor Robinson details the process of the believer’s transition as a necessary step for growth. He recalls a statement from a neighbor who is a pilot: “For us as pilots, it’s all about the journey, but for passengers, it’s all about the destination.” Believers are often impatient and desire results immediately. In fact, “Our hurry to reach our destination can apply to our relationship with God…but he is a God of patience who takes delight in our learning from each step of the journey,” Robinson asserts. In this book, he explains four steps to becoming transformed by God’s work in our lives.
About the Author: Tavares Robinson is the founder and senior pastor of Sound the Trumpet Ministries of Miami, Florida, where he has served for fifteen years. He also currently serves as the founder of Watchman Publishing. The Lord has graced Robinson with a bold prophetic voice that turns the hearts of people back to God. He is the author of three previous books: Shepherds, Hirelings and Dictators: How to Recognize the Difference, The Utopia of a Strange Love: When the Love of God is Mishandled, and Warnings from the Garden: Uncovering the Wiles of Deception. While each of Robinson’s books has its own specific teaching and prophecy focus, they all provide believers with the tools necessary for identifying truth and discerning authentic leadership from spiritually unhealthy leadership. Tavares Robinson currently lives with his family in South Florida.
