Author Releases New Book ‘The Eleventh Commandment’
Southwest Missouri author Kenneth Wayne Hancock said that Christ gave us the Eleventh Commandment, even though it has been hiding in plain sight for centuries. “A new commandment I give unto you, that you love one another as I have loved you,” (John 13:34).
Hancock, a former Missouri State University—West Plains Instructor, is launching his latest book, “The Eleventh Commandment.” To celebrate its release, free promotional copies (with free shipping) are available to the public.
“To love each other the way Christ loved us seems impossible. It is a frustrating enigma. How do we obey it? This book helps answer that question,” Hancock said. “The Eleventh Commandment is huge and difficult to do immediately. It consists of several smaller, more doable commands. One is ‘Forgive each other.’ When we forgive, divine love flows through us. Forgiving is a facet of Christ’s love. This book explains how to obey a dozen of these smaller commands, which when done, obeys the Eleventh,” said Hancock.
After serving in Vietnam, Hancock worked as a missionary for 14 years in Mexico, Ecuador and Turkey. There he explored Mount Ararat in search of Noah’s Ark. He then taught 30 years at both the college and secondary levels. He is the founder of the non-profit Manchild Publishing.
He is the author of “The Apostles’ Doctrine” and “The Royal Destiny of God’s Elect,” among others.
