“Hearts Coming Home…Again” Set for December 22
The Church of God will be presenting a special online Christmas celebration entitled, “Hearts Coming Home…Again,” to be released Wednesday, December 22.
The video presentation will take place via Facebook Live (@COGHQ) at 7:00 pm EST. It will feature a festive compilation of musical guests, pre-recorded for the event. In addition, members of the Church of God Executive Committee and their wives will offer short greetings.
Artists joining the online event will be the Voices of Lee from Lee University. The award-winning a cappella group is directed by Danny Murray.
Guitarist Doyle Dykes, who has performed numerous times at the Grand Ole Opry, will bring his unique and distinctive style to the event. Dykes is well-known as one of the most gifted artists in both Christian and contemporary music circles.
The final group joining the Christmas special is the Browder Family, a Southern gospel group that recently performed at the Church of God International Offices during the debut event of the newly-renovated chapel in the World Evangelization Center last week. Portions of the concert, along with footage from other venues will be included in the presentation.
“Hearts Coming Home…Again” is a remake of the Christmas online event “Hearts Coming Home” presented last year during the Covid-19 pandemic and is produced by Church of God Communications.
