Lowery Global Foundation was launched in April 2004, the Ministry Center has hosted numerous conferences and training events that have brought thousands together for equipping and inspiration. Behind the scenes, ensuring the success of every event, have been the Covenant Partners and the Sons and Daughters of T.L. Lowery. Thanks to their loyal involvement, the Foundation continues to fulfill its mission.

India (MNN) ― For the poorest of India, every grain of rice counts. Despite this, some Christian children decided to collect a handful of uncooked rice each day, place it in a cloth bag, and give it to a local church for people even less fortunate than them.

The Army rescinded its invitation to Franklin Graham to speak at the Pentagon for the National Day of Prayer over concerns about his remarks about Islam.

Army spokesman Col. Tom Collins said Thursday that Graham’s comments about Islam were “not appropriate.”

Charismatic pastor Don Finto is being honored this week for his legacy through 60 years of ministry as he marks his 80th birthday.

International (MNN) ― Sometimes volunteer work can feel fruitless, but one ministry has found that a few hours put in by a lot of hands have been absolutely invaluable.

The man who coined the name Earth Day was a Pentecostal minister who thought the observance would help promote peace and unity.
According to the Assemblies of God (AG) Heritage magazine, 95-year-old John McConnell Jr., a longtime Pentecostal and peace activist, first proposed the idea for Earth Day in 1969. His plan was to mark the day in late March at the start of spring to promote peace and justice as a prerequisite for ecological preservation.

A team from Georgia recently visited us in Haiti to help remodel the missionary house that will accommodate teams of workers through the next few years. They did wood work where termites had done some damage, as well as electric, plumbing, cleaning and organizing the shops.
