More evidence that grave financial concerns are foremost in American’s lives today is revealed in the results from a new poll conducted by Guideposts.com.

A new poll of California voters shows Proposition 8, a proposed constitutional amendment that would reserve marriage for opposite- sex couples, has a 9 percentage point lead among likely voters, 52% to 43%.
