Dove Channel Announces First Original Series

Dove Channel, Cinedigm’s OTT family-friendly streaming service, announced today that episode one of its first original show, Frankly Faraci, is scheduled to go up on the service March 21, with new episodes premiering weekly thereafter. New Documentary on Christian Filmmaking

Film production company Christian Walk Alive, is set to produce a documentary on Christian films. The title of the project, Breaking Good: The Counter Culture of Christian Film, is a play off of the title of the popular TV show, Breaking Bad. The film is set to explore not only the impact and history Christianity has had on films but will delve into some of the more difficult questions surrounding the status and future of Christian filmmaking.
