Hill Releases Statement on Roe v. Wade Overturned

Cleveland, TN: In one of the most highly anticipated decisions in decades, the United States
Supreme Court today overruled the 1973 Roe v. Wade case that has provided a constitutionally
protected right to an abortion for almost 50 years. The Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson
Women’s Health Organization now allows the legality of abortion to be determined by each
state.
