The 24th Annual National Conference of the Ukrainian Church of God was held in October in Svyatogorsk. With an emphasis on the health of pastoral marriages, much time in the seminars was dedicated to maintaining healthy relationships. Additional time was given to enjoy the mountain scenery and the nearby ancient monastery. The evening services encouraged the delegates to continue the good work of evangelism and discipleship—reminding that some plant, others water, but it is God who gives the increase.
Leaders of the Church of God ceremoniously signed a Memorandum of Agreement recently to transfer the Church of God Chaplaincy and Care Center in Oradea, Romania to the Pentecostal Theological Institute in Bucharest, Romania.
State Prayer Leaders and teams are being invited to Cleveland, Tennessee for the second annual campus revival, led by Dr. Tim Hill, the General Overseer. During the days of January 8-10, 2018, prayer leaders will gather for training at the North Cleveland Church of God.
Hispanic Ministries of the Church of God recently received an update concerning Juan Ignacio Macías’ condition. The update was submitted by Evangelist Ignacio Macías, Juan’s father, who is an ordained bishop and evangelist with the Church of God.
“Standing with Competence” is the theme of Heritage Week at the Pentecostal Theological Seminary November 14 and 15. Activities include a Tuesday chapel service at 11:00 a.m., the annual Azusa Lecture Tuesday at 7:00 p.m., and a luncheon/panel discussion featuring seminary alums on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.
