USA Missions Has Successful Prison Ministry Conference

The 2017 Jail and Prison Ministry Conference brought a record number of 101 delegates to Cleveland, Tennessee, for their one-day conference on October 6. The delegates represented two pastors, one state USA Missions director, and a handful of departmental staff and leaders; but the majority were men and women whose calling from God is a Matthew 25:40, “Unto the least of these” calling to go behind jail and prison walls, sharing the love of Jesus with the incarcerated.

Operation Compassion Continues Disaster Relief Deliveries

For the past two months, Operation Compassion has been busy delivering disaster relief products to those areas stricken by mammoth hurricanes from the Texas Gulf Coast to the outer reaches of the Caribbean. The total number of trucks delivering supplies has reached 119 for Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria.

Indian Bible Institute and Division of Education Partner to Provide Training

The Indian Bible Institute (IBI), which is part of the Southwest Indian Ministries (SWIM), and the Church of God Division of Education (DOE), have partnered to provide training, especially to the Navajo ministers and laity.
