The scripture says … “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord” (Psalm 37:23). No truer edict could be applied to World Missions Director Dr. Tim Hill than when at the 2012 General Assembly a miracle offering was received to assist World Missions in dissolving the missionaries’ delinquent accounts. That wasn’t the last step taken, but only the first of many, such as Marcelly’s Dream and the Israel Initiative with each gaining momentum.
The apostle Paul closed his first letter to the church at Thessalonica by providing the church with one charge after another. These are meant to be strong closing points that they should not neglect nor forget. Prayer is essential among them so he says, “Pray without Ceasing.” Now it hardly seems possible or plausible that we would be praying always, but the point is, we should always keep prayer at the centerpiece of our life and we should never lose hope in the power of prayer.

Lee University was awarded a million-dollar-plus grant from the federal Department of Education, it was announced early this semester by President Paul Conn and Director of Grants Vanessa Hammond.
