Anti-Abortion Display Destroyed at OSU

On Tuesday, April 2, 2013 Created Equal’s anti-abortion exhibit was systematically destroyed by an angry abortion advocate. Directly after set-up, a female OSU student approached the graphic abortion signs and began to vandalize them one by one. The attack was caught on film.

Created Equal’s safety protocol is not to protect property. We leave security to the police. Therefore, we contacted the Ohio State Police department immediately after the incident and they have identified a suspect in the case. Created Equal is pressing charges and will seek financial compensation from the vandal for the damaged signs. The identity of the suspect is not being disclosed until the OSU police have made contact with her.

Created Equal Statement:

“It follows that those who support dismembering preborn babies would be willing to be act unlawfully to censor photos depicting victims of abortion. This misguided student needs taught a lesson on the US Constitution and about the protections granted to all of us under the First Amendment. We won’t be intimidated by these types of unlawful acts and are more committed than ever to exposing the horror of child killing to high school and college students all across the US.” — Mark Harrington, Executive Director, Created Equal
