75th General Assembly Registration Opens
January 7, 2014–The 75th Church of God International General Assembly will take place on July 29 – August 1, 2014 and will be held in Orlando, Florida at the Orange County Convention Center. Registration for the event and accommodations is now open on the Church of God website, www.churchofgod.org.
A separate web link for the General Assembly, or GA2014, has been active for the last month, but today the site includes links for event registration and hotel accommodations. While fax, postal mail and phone registration is available, the most convenient and efficient method is online.
“This year we have contracted with Orchid Event Solutions for both the registration and hotel reservation processes,” stated David Ray, chairman of the General Assembly Cabinet, the group in charge of the event. “This arrangement not only streamlines the process by funneling all registrations to one source, but is more efficient, both logistically and economically. This is the third year we have worked with Orchid and they are very familiar with the General Assembly.”
The revised GA2014 web page, unveiled today, includes new schedule information, such as the Women’s Service, scheduled for Tuesday, July 29. Speaker for the event will be Deven Wallace, co-pastor of Redemption Point Church and founder of the Zion Project. Reserved seating for the free event is available upon registration for GA2014 at www.churchofgod.org.
Additional information about GA2014, such as the General Council Agenda, Previous Notice items, nearby attraction information, car rental discounts, and other items will posted on the website as they become available.
