Hope For The Heart Launches Free Mobile App

Hope For The Heart, a worldwide biblical counseling ministry, announces the launch of Hope For The Heart RESOURCES. The FREE mobile app provides quick, easy-to-access, basic counseling references on 20 challenges experienced in everyday life – issues like Anger, Conflict Resolution, Depression, Domestic Violence, Fear, Forgiveness, Grief Recovery, Marriage, Self-Worth, Stress, Verbal & Emotional Abuse, and more.

Based on solid, biblical reasoning and advice, each topic features one of Hope For The Heart’s “Quick Reference Guides” and an audio message that addresses each issue. In addition, “Helpful Words,” a collection of audio recordings by June Hunt, the founder of Hope For The Heart, provides further biblical guidance and hope on each topic.

“Hope For The Heart has a tremendous opportunity to share its biblical counseling resources with pastors, counselors, lay counselors, caregivers and individuals through this mobile app,” shares John Thompson, Vice President of Marketing and project leader for the app. “Today, depending on the situation, giving counseling guidance isn’t necessarily accomplished in an office, but takes place in coffee shops, homes, small groups or in accountability groups. With the growing needs of church members, pastors are developing and training lay care team leaders to help serve members who are struggling with life issues. Not only does the app give them quick access to solid counseling advice, it’s based on God’s Word,” adds Thompson. “In addition to the solid, practical information on the app, some of my favorite features are the testimonies and personal narratives where individuals tell how they found helpful steps to take, giving them hope to better deal with their life situations.”

Built on the “Faith Comes by Hearing” platform, SubSplash, the mobile app, also includes the Bible.is app, featuring text and audio Bible translations for over 1,200 languages. Direct links are provided to HOPEworks, an onsite counseling center, Hope For The Heart’s website, e-Store and Facebook page.

Hope For The Heart Resources is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon App Store, and Microsoft Windows Store.
