Giving Company Announces Acquisition of Church Fuel
Giving Company is pleased to announce it has signed a letter of intent to acquire another well-known digital content brand, Church Fuel. An Atlanta-based company, Church Fuel provides online memberships for local churches throughout the country, equipping pastors and church leaders with real-world training and resources that produce eternal impact on their communities.
“We are excited to add Church Fuel to the Giving Company family of brands,” said David Henriksen, CEO of Giving Company. “Our mission is to give people simple moments with Jesus that motivate them to give to others and the best place for that to happen is in the local church.”
Church Fuel’s track record of creating and distributing content that helps churches increase their impact and success is a great complement to Giving Company’s other verticals. Michael Lukaszewski, the founder of Church Fuel, will continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer of Giving Company.
“For the past eight years we’ve provided practical resources to church leaders making a huge difference in their local communities,” said Church Fuel founder, Michael Lukaszewski. “Through this partnership, we hope to not only help church leaders, but help those leaders impact the people in the pews.”
This partnership will continue to grow both companies’ subscription models, add compelling original content, add pastor email lists for advertisers and provide more simple moments with Jesus for everyone they impact.
