Cleveland, TN–At the recent Pentecostal Theological Seminary Board of Trustee meeting, Dr. Michael L. Baker, Chancellor of Education and President of Pentecostal Theological Seminary recommended that the PTS Board of Trustees appoint Wilmer Estrada Carrasquillo as Acting Director of the PTS Center for Latino Studies (CLS) during the remaining tenure of the 2017-2018 academic year. The PTS Board of Trustees unanimously approved the recommendation.
