The issue marks the second time the journal has been released in an all-digital format. Located also on the Church of God website (www.churchofgod.org), the issue offers multiple articles of interest to anyone in ministry, from senior pastors, youth pastors, children’s ministers, church administrators, evangelists, and retired ministers.
The fall issue contains articles by a variety of authors on multiple topics including ministerial effectiveness, counseling, preaching, Biblical parenting, and how to deal with the recent necessity of having to consider armed guards in American churches. Two new columns were added this issue, one which deals with Pastoral Care, authored by Dr. Bill Leonard, and a column by Director of Business and Records for the Church of God Julian Robinson on the critical role of the local church treasurer.
