The following are common misconceptions in the church regarding prosperity and wealth creation that need adjustment for us to have biblical balance and integrity, and to experience transformation in our families, communities and nations.

Volunteers in Medical Missions (VIMM) has had a long association with Church of God World Missions. Established in 1986 by medical doctor Stoney Abercrombie of South Carolina, its goals are to encourage participation among Christian volunteers by providing medicines, supplies, and equipment to clinics in third-world countries, and to involve non-medical people in missions projects such as construction, Bible schools, evangelism, and the use of other skills.
